1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used, washed, or altered products.

Products without original tags or packaging.

Innerwear, socks, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards and clearance/final sale items.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:

Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).

Incorrect items delivered.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
5. Return Shipping

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Keshnova will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind or size preference, return shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

7. Cancellation Policy
