Return & Refund Policy – Keshnova

At Keshnova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Innerwear, socks, or personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards and clearance/final sale items.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues (subject to stock availability).

  • Defective or damaged products.

  • Incorrect items delivered.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation via Email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. Return Shipping

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Keshnova will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For returns due to change of mind or size preference, return shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return according to this policy.
