  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (as displayed on our website).

  • A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the package and product (if damaged)

  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Currently, Keshnova ships within India only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
